Warranty Service
Purchasing a generator online from Generate Power! is just like walking into a store and purchasing one.
If you have a problem with your generator while it is under warranty, the stores won't repair it for you. They will simply refer you to a local service center.
Generate Power! works the same way. All of our new products are backed by at least a one-year manufacturer's warranty.
If your product needs servicing under its warranty, you can take it one of the manufacturer's authorized service centers (see below), who will repair the product for free.
